What materials are your lashes made out of?
Her Vanite’ lashes are carefully hand assembled with 100% cruelty free mink hair and premium silk materials. No mink animals were harmed during the process of retrieving the fur. Our mink hairs are collected from free-range zoos during shedding seasons and sterilized to ensure safe hypo-allergic use.
2. What is the difference between silk, mink, and faux?
Faux lashes tend to feel heavy on the eyes and often lose shape after a few wears. Silk lashes and mink lashes can be worn multiple times without compromising its shape with proper care.
3. Do you offer discounts for beauty professionals?
Yes, we have a special membership program designed for beauty professionals. Please refer to our Her Vanite’ Membership Program page for more information. If you need further assistance, please contact us at email@example.com and a representative will be happy to assist you.
4. Can I reuse Her Vanite’ lashes?
Her Vanite’ lashes are reusable upon proper care. Our mink lashes and silk lashes are reusable up to 25 times. Our faux lashes are reusable up to 10 times.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped 1-3 business days after receipt of payment has been confirmed. Arrival times are dependent upon the type of delivery service selected at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping and Return Policy for more information on our delivery options.
6. How do I choose a style for me?
Her Vanite’ offers various lash styles to choose from ranging in volume density and length. Depending on your preference, some styles are more suitable based on the desired look. If you would like assistance on selecting a style that best suits your eye shape, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service representative would be happy to assist you.
7. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments made through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. All credit card payments are securely processed through PayPal’s payment services. You do not need to have a PayPal account to checkout.
8. What is your shipping policy?
Her Vanite’ ships worldwide! All prices on the website exclude shipping fees. Her Vanite’ headquarters is located in Indiana, USA. We ship Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. Please make sure your address is correct to avoid any delays in shipping and receiving. Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an email when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation email once your order has shipped.
We use the United States Postal Services (USPS) for all domestic shipping, or shipping within the USA. All orders are shipped via First class postage. Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) for shipping.

Customer is responsible for duties and taxes set forth by their country. International orders are subject to checks by customs and delivery times may be impacted.
We are not liable for packages that are damaged by the post service during their delivery. We are also not liable for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our headquarters for shipping.
Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. Please double check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
9. What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the nature of the product, all products are final sale(non-refundable). All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. In the event that a product received is defective, we will exchange the product for the same style product within 5 business days of receiving the product for exchange. To start this process, email email@example.com indicating your order number and reason for return. A representative will contact you within 24-48 hours. Products must be returned to 600 E Carmel Drive, Carmel, IN 46032. Shipping fees will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all shipping costs to return the products
